Bonnie Detwiler kept us informed through the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a competent realtor.
The quality, the professionalism of everyone involved was unmatched. Bonnie, in particular, is a gem. So knowledgeable. Super attentive. I was never in the dark about anything that was happening. She is a true professional who patiently answered our every question. She worked so hard for us. I would hire Bonnie again, whether I was buying or selling. First class all the way.
Bonnie is a godsend. I needed to sell and close the house in Bethel Park after relocating my mother near me in Maryland. Bonnie did a fantastic job of communicating and explaining all parts of all documents and the selling process. She worked with us to best present and price the house, as evidenced by the short, five weeks it took from putting it on the market to closing. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs. Overall she is a lovely, quality person. <3
Bonnie detwiler was my agent. She was a true professional and sold my property very quickly. I would highly recommend bonnie again to any potential buyers or sellers. Richard Ward
I have known Bonnie for 20 years. She is by far the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in real estate. I trust her completely and value her feedback. Since meeting 20 years ago she has helped me buy and sell 4 homes, and has also helped the people that I have referred to her. She is way more than a realtor. She does this to help make a difference in people’s lives and make such a stressful process much easier. Meeting Bonnie was definitely a blessing.
Bonnie & Kelly were very helpful in the sale of my house. I especially appreciated all the feedback/updates and advice they gave me. Both were very professional and friendly!
Bonnie was always professional and on top of all the items that needed to be addressed. She allowed us to make our choices and gave advice when it was asked for. Kelly was also part of our transactions and was most helpful at all times. They are a great team!
