He explained where our funds were going and when and how they would be used. Truly helpful. We were unsure exactly where we wanted to move and unsure about how big of a house we wanted. Bob showed us a wide variety of houses all over the Chicago western suburbs. I'll admit, I was annoyed with myself but Bob helped us, mostly me, zero in on what I really needed and found us the house that has become our home.
