Billie and Stephanie did a first-class job. They were friendly, folksy, professional and tough - all at the same time. They were a pleasure to work with. Both Billie and Stephanie are a credit to Bluewater Real Estate.

We were very pleased with all the help we had. Billie Seymour is the best realtor we have ever dealt with. She was so much help and funny. Great person. Thanks all of you for your help.

We would like to thank Bluewater for handling our recent sale in Atlantic Beach. Billie Esther Seymour is a delight and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor! She worked tirelessly to insure a smooth transaction. Stephanie Ross gave us lots of support and help as well. We enjoyed getting to know both of them. We look forward to working with Billie Esther and Stephanie next year when we buy our new property.
