Bill Warwood made our first home purchase extremely easy on my fiancé and I. He set up showings quickly, often on the same day. When we found a home that we wanted to pursue, Bill quickly gathered a list of home comparisons in the area, and we had a completely personalized market report of that particular area in our email box by the end of the day. Bill is knowledgeable about the home buying process and able to explain everything in a way for inexperienced people like me to easily grasp. Bill fought for us when our chosen third party mortgage lender kept delaying things. He was able to push our deal forward in order to get it done on time. I’m not sure our particular deal would’ve closed if not for the help and persistence of Bill (in hindsight, we should’ve used Russel Realty’s in-house mortgage lender, Paul McKelvey of Your Home Financial, as Bill originally suggested, instead of the third party company that my fiancé and I found; that’s my one regret).
