Bill is amazing. Like most of his other clients, it is hard to figure out where to start with this guy. Bill is the type of person that you want to work with. He’s super sharp, knowledgeable and analytical with a very positive, yet realistic outlook. At the time we met, he was still relatively new as a real estate agent and I was hesitant as I’ve been an investor for nearly 20 years prefer to work with the same, tight knit group of people. I rarely write reviews but great customer service is so rare these days I felt I had to share my experience with others. Bill was fantastic to deal with. I moved from out of state and had a very short window to locate and secure property. Bill went above and beyond researching areas for me and doing the legwork to look into the properties I was interested in. In fact, I trusted him so much, I purchased my home sight unseen (and I love it). He went above and beyond in so many ways and never once made me feel like I was imposing (and I know I was). I haven't experienced customer service like this in a long time and it was very refreshing. Let me start off with saying that I'm not one to usually leave a review. Bill was such a pleasure to work with, however, I had no choice but to recommend his services to others.
