Great service is Right. Steve Chapman and Bill Moody have provided excellent service many times over in escorting my wife through the sale of our beach house located in Pawleys Island, SC (LBTS). Any problems that arose were handled quickly and successfully. We are very much in their debt. Thank you. John and Sandy King.
Bill was a great help and caring person with all our needs and help to solve our concerns and questions he really cared about helping us to find what we were looking for he guided us through every step with professionalism and kindness
Bill Moody is fantastic to work with! He has made a very complex multi-property estate liquidation a lot easier to contend with by helping us with simple to understand info and frequent communication. He does not overpromise and tells us what we need to know. Additional thanks to Damon Barnwell!
Bill Moody has been great to work with on our properties so far. Excellent communicator, helpful in checking on our properties and knowledgeable regarding the area, particularly regarding anything in Litchfield. Glad to be working with Bill!
Bill Moody was excellent in initially finding properties to show us within our parameters, then following through with any assistance we needed from contract to closing on our new home.
