Bill sold my home last year and now has found me another smaller home (downsized to a condo}. I will continue to spread his good name as "the best" realtor I know...and I know many because I worked in real estate sales in the 70's to mid 80's and i have moved five times in my life. He has all of the qualities one would want in a real estate agent -- the finest of character, knowledge, honesty, patience with customers during a stressful time, great communication - both with the client and agent/s and attorney/s which makes him a great negotiator.
