We moved from USA to Canada in November this year. We got introduced to a few friends who guided us through the many hoops, but renting a house remotely is never easy. After spending hours and hours on the Zolos and Zillows of the world, one of our friends introduced us to Bhawna. A few messages and a couple of calls later, Bhawna knew exactly what we needed (not just what we asked for) and our hunt for a house began. I'd say we had quite a few constraints.. Neighborhood, school district, distance to the school, monthly rent, etc. Every morning, Bhawna would send us a list of carefully curated listings. All we had to do was go through the listings and shortlist suitable houses. Bhawna didn't mind visiting the houses for us to further evaluate if the house fulfilled all our requirements. She'd even look at the neighborhood and figure out if we'd like it or not. She'd then give us a virtual tour and patiently answer all our questions.We finally selected a house and submitted the rental application. That's when we truly found out how special Bhawna is. At every step after this, Bhawna went over and above what was expected of her, to make the transition easy for us. She helped take possession of the keys after we signed the lease and handed them over when we reached Canada. She waited at the house and took delivery of the packages we shipped to Canada, when the carrier needed a signature upon delivery. And through all this, she never even once said she couldn't accommodate our requests. I can say with certainty that moving to Canada would have been a huge hassle, if not for Bhawna and that's not just for finding the house.She didn't have to do any of the things she did for us and we'd have still been grateful. But she did all that to make it easy for us and for that we are forever indebted to her.
