Betty is stellar ! She went out of her way to ensure that all of the permitting and nuances of a new lot purchase were completed on time and 100% correct. She is a seasoned expert who guided us through the the entire process.
We used Betty to purchase our home originally and again three years later to sell it. she is very knowledgeable. On the sale of our house, we would have appreciated being kept more in the loop about upcoming showings. she was good to let us know any feedback received after the showings. After we had a contract for the sale, we felt Betty could have been more proactive in pushing the sale across the finish line and keeping us posted on closing dates that moved a couple of times. We chased her to find out what was happening.
Overall, Betty did a good job for us.
We thought Betty did an excellent job of setting up appointments for 7 home visits late October and was very thoughtful of our mindset and kept an open mind asking us questions about properties to help us figure out what kind of property/home would suit our needs. Although nothing spoke to us on that initial visit, we kept getting listings and found another that she helped us with an offer that was quite a bit lower than asking price, but I think through her knowledge of listing, she knew it would be considered and it was accepted. She worked well with us on closing situations, and got it done, albeit with a delay in sellers paperwork. The office in Highlands was convenient. Betty knows the area so well and that was evident and appreciated.
