I cannot write enough good things about my experience with Bette Zollshan, who is a wonderful person in addition to being an outstanding realtor. I've had the good fortune to work with her several times when periodically renting my house over the years. I have always benefited greatly from her deep knowledge of market conditions, her great advice on how to prepare the house for listing, her unflagging attention to marketing the house, and her astute assessment of applicants and offers when they come in. I feel very lucky to have had the pleasure of her company and superb guidance!
Bette Zollshan is a wonderful realtor! In my house search she was so thorough and understanding of my needs. She took great care to be sure the house I purchased was everything the seller said it was and that all of my questions were answered.
Bette Zollshun was an excellent guide , knowledgeable and insightful as we made decisions regarding the rental of our home. She was quick to respond whenever I had questions. Bette was sharp in catching important wording for us in the lease. I felt I was getting the best advice available.
I thought Bette Zollshan did an excellent job of selling my house including: picking a sale price, choosing various professionals(stagers, electricians, carpenters, etc) to help with the sale, suggesting an estate sale expert, attending to all the last minute requirements the sale required as well as finding a closing attorney.
