Betsy has taken care of our family so many times. She is a hardworking, insightful, qualified agent who has assisted us through all the stages of home buying and selling. We are so grateful to her for guiding us through unprecedented markets, and ending up with satisfactory deals!

Betsy Stec Market is a wonderful And Very Professional Real Estate Agent.  She was very patient with us as we took our time in choosing the right property for my family. She's always there ready to answer the phone when any questions come up. She's very knowledgeable in her Realtor duties. She's a very sweet and friendly human being.  My wife and I always felt we were in good hands since the first day we met her. We will definitely be contacting her for our future realstate needs.  We give her 10/10 Stars!!!!!

We had a very positive experience with Betsy - in the search for and purchase of our new home. Betsy remained calm and confident through all the bumps we encountered along the way (which included but was not limited to the outbreak of COVID-19, stringent state and local mandates put on realtors for buying/selling homes and a very tight housing market in Charlotte - creating bidding wars), and in turn we stayed positive through the entire process. She took the time to introduce us to the various sub markets of South Charlotte and then showed us lots of houses, so we had great choices to work with. It was truly a pleasure to work with Betsy - we’ve found that she keeps her clients best interests in sharp focus, and you can always trust that she is on top of every detail, big and small (including supreme market knowledge), which brings great peace of mind in any real estate transaction. I would recommend Betsy to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.
