Bethany and Whitney make a great team! We were searching for a house in a specific neighborhood with very specific requirements while living out of town. They were always available and made the searching and buying process very smooth.

My experience with Bethany couldn't have been better. She quickly ascertained my needs and wants in a new home, was extremely helpful in pointing out details I wouldn't have picked up on, and made sure that we got the house I wanted, which is my dream home and perfect for me!

My wife and i moved from Raleigh to Winston Salem early last year. We knew exactly What general neighborhood we wanted To be in , what size house and lot, and what price range! Problem was , there were not any Houses listed that fit our needs. Bethany did some research and Learned that there was a property That was not for sale … but was likely Going to be in a few months. She contacted the owners and let them Know she had some very interest buyers If the house could be available within A time frame that suited our needs As well ad theirs. They accepted our offer and we All ended up with exactly what we wanted. The offer to purchase, the extended occupancy Date and the closing all worked out For our needs as well ad the sellers. Bethanys knowledge of the market Included knowing not only what was available, But what was likely to be for sale.

My wife and I made the decision last year to Sell our home in Raleigh and move to Winston Salem to be closer to our two grandchildren, Daughter, and Som in Law. After almost 50 years In our Raleigh home , this was major decision, both emotionally and feasibly. We loved our Raleigh home… our neighborhood and our neighbors! Finding a house and a neighborhood that would satisfy our physical and social parameters, as well as a location that would keep us in close proximity to our family was Going to challenging….. plus we had already Sold our Raleigh home , some we needed to Move fast!!! Lots of angst and stress. So Bethanys task was to find a house that suited Our living needs…. Our social needs… and our Move in date!!! And this was at a time when there were not a lot of homes on the market That met our needs! Bethany actually found a home that was perfect…. But the owners were not quite ready To put their home on the market. So the bottom line was Bethany was asked to Professionally negotiate an offer that would Satisfy the sellers financial expectations and Timeline…. And meet our needs well! Mission Accomplished!!! Everyone Happy Closing and move in was a breeze! What a great Job! Thanks Bethany!

One of the MANY things we loved about working with Bethany was her timely communication. She always answered her phone or called us back quickly. If she didn’t know an answer, she found it out and got back to us about it. I highly recommend Bethany!

We worked with Bethany in 2020-2021 to find the best real estate situation for our needs. She understands the Winston Salem market well and was easy to communicate with. She made what can be a stressful transaction go as smooth as possible. Outside of work, she's also a very genuine, personable and honest individual. She'll give you her best! We'd use her for the Winston Salem + surrounding market again!

My wife and I used Bethany's services during our first home purchase. It was an important time as a young family, with our first young child, plans for more, and two emerging professional careers. Bethany very thoughtfully listened to what our goals were with a home, and helped us prioritize home features according to our budget. She was patient, and with us through the home buying process to explained pros and cons in terms we could appreciate through a variety of homes. We ultimately found a great home for our family with her guidance and assistance in the process. Her services were extremely valuable for our family.

Bethany is the ultimate professional. She is prompt in answering and returning phone calls. She always has your details at her fingertips and is ready to address whatever question or issue you may have. Her attention to detail as well as her ability to help keep things calm and organized when chaos comes your way is amazing. My process was drawn-out due to the pandemic and labor shortage issue, but Bethany remained attentive and positive throughout the process. Bethany is an excellent asset to assist with your realty needs.

In our former Winston-Salem home of forty years, we had the pleasure of having Bethany and her family as nearby neighbors for several years prior to our decision to list our home and downsize a bit. Our children no longer lived at home, and our dog was small. Based upon her personality and excellent reputation in real estate, we quickly decided to ask Bethany to handle this for us. We were greatly pleased and comfortable with the decision and the results. Her availability, engaging personality, and knowledge of both real estate and the community never let us down. We highly recommend her!
