BethAnn made selling my house a breeze! She was helpful every step of the way! She was also very quick to respond with answers to any questions I had! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
With Beth's help and expertise we marketed some properties with zoning, wet land and condition challenges and she successfully transacted those at favorable and fair rates! She's creative, knowledgeable and professional and she doesn't give up if there's a road block!! We are grateful for her partnership in these sales!!

Having been assigned the executor of my relative’s estate in Williamsport while living in Florida, knowing that Beth Ann was in constant contact with me regarding the sale of my relative’s home was reassuring. Her professionalism and dedication to the seller’s perspective was extremely important. She was there for me from the first to the last step. I would wholeheartedly recommend Beth Ann Myers as one’s realtor.

We worked with Beth to purchase a vacation home in a unique market. She was the ultimate professional throughout! She guided us through the bidding process, the inspection phase and the ultimate negotiation stage. Beth brought her years of experience in the real estate business to support us when we were on unfamiliar ground, to keep the process amicable and to bring us “home”! Working with Beth was a pleasure and we would recommend her to friends and family members!
The sale of our home took several unforeseen twists and turns. Beth was always there, just a text or phone call away. She expertly guided us through the issues that arose and gave us the support and encouragement that we needed. We are so thankful that we chose Hodrick Realty and Beth Myers to represent us.
