Beth was great to work with in selling my father's house in Spartanburg. I do not reside in the local area, but she was very good at communicating with me throughout the entire sales process. I very much appreciate her knowledge of the market and advice in getting the home ready for sale, as well as preparing the listing and showing the house. The house sold one day after listing for what I feel was a fair price.
