Lindsay was very responsive and provided very good communication, especially throughout the closing process, which was very stressful given some of the lender's requirements. Lindsay kept things moving and ultimately, the sale concluded successfully. Lindsay ended up representing both sides of the sale, which made things a little different than usual - we might have preferred someone from her office represent the buyer, to ensure our concerns were pre-eminent for Lindsay; however, at the end of the day, financially, we got everything we had prioritized, so she clearly communicated and emphasized our wants and expectations to the buyer. Throughout the selling process, when we dropped our price significantly, we had to recommend an open house, to support the price drop - we thought some type of additional marketing would have been proposed by Lindsay given we initiated a move that would make us a lot less on the sale. She agreed when we proposed it, and a Buyer came forward before the open house, and it was someone she'd shown the property to previously, so we recognize Lindsay did a good job of following up with potential buyers and keeping in touch with potentially interested buyers. Overall, I would recommend Lindsay - she knows the area, she works hard, and she's an excellent communicator. I think she could present a more aggressive sales persona; but at the end of the day, we sold our place, while others in our building remain on the market.
