We had a great experience working with Ben Upchurch throughout our home buying process. Ben was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right home and successfully complete the purchase. He made what can often be a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable by keeping us informed, answering our questions, and guiding us through each step along the way.
We really appreciated his attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication to making sure everything stayed on track through closing. It was reassuring to have someone we could trust looking out for our best interests and helping us navigate the process with confidence.
We highly recommend Ben Upchurch to anyone looking to buy a home. If you want a realtor who is dependable, easy to work with, and committed to helping you achieve your home buying goals, Ben is an excellent choice. We’re grateful for his help in making our home purchase a success.
We were very lucky to have met Ben after booking his Airbnb in 2024 during our visit from California. We were at that time considering Bella Vista as a place to relocate after retiring. Ben showed us a couple of places back then and continued to stay in contact with us over the next couple of years. We finally made the decision to move in 2025 and Ben was there to help. We appreciate his patience as he drove us around to look at numerous homes over a couple weekends. Ben also worked closely with our realtor in California to help make the sale of our home and purchase of our property in Arkansas as worry free as possible. He is still assisting us with coordinating contractors to complete some small projects in our new home as we prepare to move from California. Thank you Ben for going out of your way to make our transition from California to Arkansas as smooth as possible. We truly appreciate your efforts.

Ben was a very patient and knowledgeable realtor. He did not sugar coat the attributes of the properties like some realtors do. He worked to find me my house, not just a house. 10/10 would recommend.
