Ben was great, he was on top of my sale when a prospective buyer backed out. He had another in mind, and he called me and let me know very quickly. We had new contract and a sale very quickly. He is very personable and got the job done quicker than I had imagined.

Well, what can I say? Other than he solved our property really fast That was a really good thing. That's what we was warning. You have a very good salesman. I guess that's what you would call them. He's very knowledgeable If you have a question he will answer you If he doesn't know the answer, he will find it out and get back Immediately He won't leave you hanging. That's what I like about him. You have a good man in him. Need to keep him around.

Ben was awesome to work with, he made the whole process stress free. We feel like we have made a family friend. The Johnsons

I hope a 5 is excellent. He was very helpful on everything we ask him. He knew the answer. If he didn't know he got back with us quickly He was very kind and well spoken.

Easy going, great personality which is a must to put up with me( Kim Floyd). Lol

Ben worked in home construction before becoming a realtor… which makes him a notch above and his advise valuable.
