We randomly met Jay Peterson while on an extended stay in Avon a year or so ago, and we had no idea how lucky we were! We just closed on our first home in Edwards, and despite having purchased multiple homes over the years, we have never had as positive an experience with our broker as we had with Jay. Jay and his entire team were always available and accommodating, they thought around corners and foresaw issues before they became larger than necessary, they were real partners in the home hunt, and they were always ready with insightful suggestions and high-quality referrals (e.g., property managers, inspectors, contractors, etc.).
