Barbara is the consummate professional in every way. We live in Boston and rented the property for many years. Barbara handled all the details from cleanup, putting on market , following up with a new agent with another company and then the closing. We didn’t have to do anything except sign the documents and get our proceeds. We move frequently and have never experienced the kind of service from any other agent. Thank you Barbara for a job well done.

Seeing as we were not in the area to visually look at the property, we relied on our agent to describe the building and both positive and negative aspects. We agreed to purchase. Now we will see the property when we arrive in the area in June.
