I have entrusted Barbara Martin and her sales team to keep my commercial retail rental property leased and to sell or purchase any number of properties over the years. Mrs. Martin has always been a pleasure to work with and she has always made the sales or purchase process as stress free and as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Barbara to anyone looking to buy, sell or lease any property.

Barbara and Gage worked tirelessly to sell our home during a recent market slow down.

Thank you so much,

Barbara was professional, warm and friendly. She's very knowledgeable in the real estate world and accomplished everything with so much less stress. She sold our house within a month back when houses weren't selling so quick and did a great job negotiating the purchase of our new home where we still live and enjoy. I would highly recommend her anytime and would use her again when and if we ever move again.

We give five (5) stars to Mrs. Barbara Martin. Barbara Martin of Chinowth & Cohen Realtors was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, polite, attentive, and professional during and after the process of assisting myself and my wife to sell our property. Mrs. Martin displayed prompt, efficient, masterful realtor skills while communicating with our family and potential buyers. Mrs. Martin helped us in every way to prepare our property to be attractive for buyers; and she had our duplex property sold within two (2) hours of having put it on the realtor market. Mrs. Martin also expertly and patiently helped us to locate our new house in a beautiful, safe area of town. We are very pleased with our purchase. We highly recommend Mrs. Martin for all real estate needs. Thank You so much Mrs. Martin. It was a real pleasure doing business with you. Don and Ann Portis
