Everyone knows the words "Location, Location, Location" is synonymous with real estate, however I recently discovered two more...Barbara Sawin! When you first meet Barbara you'll immediately become aware of her industry knowledge, high level of confidence and her down to earth demeanor. Selling our father's home after he recently passed was an emotional journey but Barbara made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Although the home was vacant, she added personal touches to make it seem like a home again. All of this allowed us to sell the house to a family we were thrilled to see move in. Having listed it and closing within 2 months would not have happened if Barbara wasn't behind this transaction. So whether your selling or buying, I highly recommend you give Barbara a call and I promise it will be a great experience!

There is no way I could ever thank you for your kindness, patience and all of the advise and resources. You are truly a gift to anyone lucky enough to work with you.

Barbara is an excellent realtor! Working with her was an absolute pleasure. She was there for us throughout the entire process of selling our home. She went above and beyond making the selling of our home stress-free. We truly felt we had the best realtor guiding us through the process of selling our home, which made the journey easy. She is a phenomenal agent who understands all aspects of home market value, and was able to secure us a sale price over asking. We highly recommend Barbara for anyone looking to purchase or sell their forever home.

Barbara was amazing! She helped us find our perfect home after our long search. We couldn’t be happier.
