Barbara was extremely responsive and professional in our experience.

I can't imagine having a better agent and partner through the home buying or selling process than Barbara Reagan. I was incredibly fortunate to work with Barbara both when I bought my home several years ago and again when I sold that same home, which just closed last week. She's professional, reliable, experienced and so knowledgeable, and just all around fun to work with. I never worried for a minute about how things would work out because Barbara was so on top of everything and made me feel so at ease with constant communication. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to!

I had the pleasure of working with Barbara to help me with my first home.  Barbara is a great agent to work with!  She was the agent for my parents when they built their house and we would absolutely recommend Barbara to anyone.  I would use Long and Foster Realtors because of the reputation of the company, the services offered and the knowledgeable and experienced personnel.  We hope we'll have the pleasure of being able to work with Barbara again in the future.

Barbara helped me purchase my home. Barbara was very patient and knowledgeable.  I would definitely recommend her and Long & Foster to others needing real estate assistance.

Barbara is a gem.  This is the 3rd time I've worked with her and always give her high praise.  She knows the market and keeps you informed throughout the process

"Barbara is a FANTASTIC realtor! This cannot be overstated. I had the pleasure of working with her on several deals that did not work out (for reasons completely unrelated to her, like not passing inspection) and each time she went the extra mile for me. She is a great communicator, knows the market well, knows how to negotiate, is always professional, has good people skills, is knowledgeable about homes and neighborhoods, has a lot of great resources that buyers need, and is highly ethical. Unfortunately, I ended up using a different real estate agent because I started looking much further south and out of the greater Richmond area, which has only strengthened my respect for Barbara. This other agent knows half as much and I've referred several times to contracts written by Barbara to fix poorly written documents provided by my current agent. Even now, Barbara is STILL helping me to close on a house by providing me with helpful information and referrals to service providers that my current agent simply does not have. If you want someone that is truly on your side and has your best interest at heart 100% of the time, you need to connect with Barbara Reagan. "Rachel R

Barbara was extremely helpful and always available to show us homes. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

I am enormously grateful for all the questions answered and the moral support received!

Barbara helped me find my condo. When it came time to sell a family home, I knew I wanted to work with Barbara. She has helped keep me on track and answered my questions.

She was amazing through the whole process. Kept checking in, following up on questions and answers. She went above and beyond for us.
