Austin Marino went above and beyond for us. His dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference, and we truly appreciate everything he’s done. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service.”

Austin did a fantastic job from the start. He was prepared and focused from our first meeting right through the sale. Austin kept in touch and responded to my inquiries quickly. He had solid reasoning when it came to pricing the property and ultimately got us an offer, and subsequent sale, well above asking price. I would be very comfortable in recommending Austin going forward

It was a great pleasure to work with Austin. He went above and beyond to help us rent our home. From staging, to arranging for amazing photos and to working with us to craft the perfect description to show case and list our home. Austin made the screening process with potential tenants easy and helped us select the ideal candidates. Happy to say we successfully rented our home over one weekend and we are very pleased with our new tenants and so appreciate all of Austin’s excellent care, attention and hard work in our behalf.

Austin Marino was an absolute pro through the entire process. He was quick to reply to our questions and did an excellent job working through some items between us and the property owner. I’d 100% work with Austin in the future if we are in need of relocation.

Austin is a diligent, very prompt and professional realtor. He is always available for his clients and honest with his productive advice. I will not hesitate to work with him on future reality needs and I recommend him highly to all my friends and family.

Very helpful and informative every step of the way during our selling process.

Austin was tremendously helpful in working with me to find exactly what my family needed.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding service I received by listing my house with Austin. He is very knowledgeable of the Litchfield real estate market, and professional in every aspect of the business. He worked tirelessly with my listing, was very helpful and straightforward, keeping me informed daily of showings, viewer comments, etc. He responded in a timely manner if I sent him a text message or called him. Just really awesome customer service! I will definitely be calling Austin’s in the future for my real estate needs.

Working with Austin was a great pleasure. As my husband and I decided to move back to Connecticut from Arizona, we had to work with someone willing to do everything virtually. Austin was the perfect match. His excellent communication made it very easy for us to trust him in this very important search for a house. My husband and I are both first time home buyers and did not really know what to expect from this journey. Austin guided us with top notch professionalism and knowledge throughout the process of buying our first home. Austin informed us with updates on the market, sent potential houses, went to all the viewings and was very prepared for all our questions we might’ve had. Once we found our home, Austin made sure the process went very smoothly. Austin even went to extra walk throughs, to make sure our house would be in the agreed upon shape before the closing. Austin went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We 100% recommend working with Austin Marino!
