Audrey Shimkas was extraordinary. Not only her advice but the amount of creative work and knowledge.. She could not have done more to prepare the property to be acceptable to the current prospects. We are in our 80's & the house interior was 20+ years old. Audrey knew how to take advantage of the spectacular view & worked to make the interior quite beautiful. She is a gem Mike & Lucille Quigley.
Working with Audrey to find a house was a great experience. She was professional and patient helping us search for almost two years the first year of which we still lived overseas. She would consistently update us on relevant properties and market conditions. When we finally found our dream house she was thorough and clear about the offer process and all the closing steps. And best of all Audrey was fun to work with!
