The Martincheks certainly lived up to the "Team Martinchek" promise. Though my primary point of contact was Justin, Joel and Audrey were also always available, via voice, text, and email, to answer my questions and provide guidance. Justin provided soils and forest productivity reports for the properties I was interested in. Knowing the soil conditions--if the acreage was wet/swampy and in what proportion--and the types/ages of trees on the property saved me from having to travel and find those things out for myself. This allowed me to focus on the best listings. Both Justin and Joel both traveled to and walked parcels that seemed like viable candidates when I was unable to but didn't want to miss out on a good property.
