Absolutely excellent!!! Ashley always goes above and beyond with her clients, I am very blessed to be one of hers!!!

If there was an option to give Ashley more stars, we absolutely would! She treats you like family and explains EVERYTHING to make every process seamless and as stress free as possible. This is our 3rd real estate transaction with Ashley and she has proved that no one is better than her!! Our first two transactions were so smooth, but this third one was smooth until the end. Everything was set to go. Inspection, appraisal, and lending went through without a hitch…. BUT, the seller’s refused to move out on closing day! Here we are on closing day excited to buy our forever home and everything was good to go, or so we thought. No prior notice, they didn’t communicate anything with their agent…nothing! They just refused to get out! (Inner freak out activated in me, like whattttt?) With Ashley by our side, this monumental downfall, which felt like the end of the world, was just a small bump in the road. She immediately went into action and had a legal team and plan assembled to hold the seller’s funds unless they were out in time for us to do our final walkthrough! Needless to say, they were out on closing day and we did our final walkthrough before closing! Ashley is by far the best real estate agent in this industry, hands-down, no question!

Ashley was wonderful, professional, knowledgable and patient! Thanks for helping us sell our home!

Our family was so pleased with the experience Ashley Verret provided. Her knowledge and resources were exceptional. Everything was explained thoroughly and we were able to close on our parents' home in a timely manner. I would recommend Ashley and McGeeScott to anyone buying or selling.
