Ashley is the single best agent I've ever worked with - and I've bought and sold 5 houses. She went over and above. We used her to buy and to sell our house.
Most impressive - We couldn't come to Florida when we sold our Florida house. Ashley had no prospect for further business from us, yet she completely managed the after-the sale work to close the house - including meeting with the movers, then checking to catch what they missed and sending it to us.
I promise there is nobody better or more caring. I wish she would come to Virginia and be my agent here.
Working with Ashley took all of the stress out of selling our house. She has great knowledge of the housing market and we trusted her recommendations. With that said, she sold our house in less than a day. Highly recommended Ashley
Ashley is very informative and easy to work with. I definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a Real Estate agent to walk you through the process every step of the way!
Ashley is an amazing realtor. She is a local, born and raised in the Sarasota area agent. This was very helpful to us as we were relocating to Sarasota and she was very knowledgeable about every area we were considering. She was also very patient with us as we waited for our home to sell and delt with all our craziness. We would definitely use Ashley again in the future and would recommend her as a great agent.
There are not enough words to say what an AMAZING job Ashley did for me. She was an integral part of the sale of my house and then went above and beyond to help show me houses. She showed me more than 30+ homes until we found the right one. She never complained and was always available when I had questions no matter time of day. If you are looking for an extraordinary realtor then look no further Ashley is truly the best of the best.
Ashley recent found our apartment for us in Sarasota. From the start, she was extremely responsive to our every text, email, and call. She spent days with first me, then my spouse on successive visits to Florida. Not only was she indefatigable, but she was pleasant and upbeat throughout the process. She truly enjoys her work. As we live out of town off season, she went above and beyond at the closing (without us), and facilitated a separate sale of the seller's furniture. She even coordinated and provided paperwork for the owner's to stay on as renters for a couple of months following the closing! I'm happy to unconditionally recommend Ashley for all of your realty needs.
Ashley Dooley is a true professional, made the home buying process so easy when we had to have a new home in 6 weeks after a builder let us down on a new build. Ashley calmed us down helped us get organized and our heads on straight. Then found not one, but two fabulous homes for us to chose from in that days not weeks. Ashley negotiated heavily on our behalf to not only get the purchase price where i wanted, got the seller to help with closing costs. If you want a realtor that cares and never makes you feel like you are bothering her with your 20 questions Ashley is your realtor. We were so lucky to have her.
As soon as I told Ashley I was ready to look at house she didn’t hesitate! We actually went and looked at 10 houses the next week. She even took me househunting on Mother’s Day weekend! Very easy to deal with very responsive and a joy to be around,I highly recommend her as a realtor!!
