Ashley is an outstanding Agent, and I would highly recommend her!! I received an appraisal before listing my property, which was much higher than I expected ($675,000), so I told her I wanted to start there. Ashley told me the house was worth $575,000 but we could start with $675,000 and see what happens. After 30 days I only had one showing and no offers, so I agreed to drop the price $40,000 to $635,000. Another 30 days went by, again one showing and no offers. At that point I agreed to drop the price to $595,000. Within two weeks I had an offer of $560,000. However, Ashely negotiated it up to $575,000 and the buyer agreed to our terms. Moral of the story…. I should have listened to her from the beginning; she nailed the market value from the very start!
