Ashleigh Fordham is an excellent representative of Windermere. I was referred to her in 2019 by a realtor who helped me sell my home, and since then I called her to help sell my friends' home, and when I recently wanted to purchase another home, she's the first and only person I called. Ashleigh is professional, has an excellent work ethic, is responsive, and she didn't just want to sell me a home, she helped me find MY PERFECT HOME. I can't recommend her highly enough. She even mentored another realtor and brought her along, which I thought was lovely. This second realtor helped us with showings and gave us additional feedback, and gave us more opportunities to see more houses, in what felt like a market with not a lot of houses in our price range. When the first house I put an offer on wasn't accepted, and I pushed to move, Ashleigh supported my decision and we kept looking. When I was worried I would have to settle, instead I felt supported and encouraged to find the home I really needed. Ashleigh has worked hard to get where she is, and continues to build a reputation of excellence. I will continue to recommend her to everyone I know. Ashleigh helps me sleep more soundly at night. As a professional trustee, we frequently have to liquidate intricate real estate assets. Ashleigh consistently provides exceptional service, even when she gains nothing from it. Her expertise and professionalism enable me to trust her capabilities entirely with minimal supervision. I can't say enough good things about Ashleigh! Besides being a personable warmhearted person who really listens to you, she is very professional, thorough and knows the local area well. She was also very responsive to my emails and phone calls throughout the process. I had a very unique property to sell that needed some repairs before it went on the market. Ashleigh referred me to a great house painter and other trades people she knows in the area to get the property prepared for sale. Ashleigh also helped me decide on a good asking price that I was happy with and my property got a full price cash offer within the first week it went on the market!

I should have written this review nearly a year ago, but time flies when things are good. My partner and I came to Ashleigh after having a horrific home buying experience with a different realtor. We had walked away from the the idea of owning our own place, and we were very hesitant to get back on the horse. Ashleigh not only helped us find our perfect home, but she was there for us as a fountain of knowledge, guidance, and an emotional beacon of support. She went above and beyond for us so many times, and never tried to sugar coat the truth. If she thought a house wasn't the right one for our vision, she let us know. As long as Ashleigh is helping people buy their homes, we will NEVER go anywhere else for a realtor. Seriously, you aren't going to find a better realtor who has her client's best interests at the forfeont of her priorities like Ashleigh does. I wish 10-stars were an option, but 5 will have to do.
