It was awesome. She was like a tornado the blew through a fixer in 10 days. Completing all repairs remove wallpaper paint carpet and stage. Kept everyone on track and was a complete transformation. Was genuinely happy and excited to do the work and see the progress. She sold in in a week and we closed in less than a month. Do yourself a favor and use Paula for your realtor and it will make your life so much easier.

After my mom passed away, I had to sell her home — and I can't imagine going through that process with anyone other than Paula Aragone and the team at Aragone & Associates. Going in, my biggest worry wasn't really the price — it was the emotional weight of letting go. I'd spent the previous three months at the house cleaning and organizing, and the thought of getting everything cleared out before close of escrow felt overwhelming. Paula made all of it manageable. She helped me price the home correctly, gave thoughtful staging advice, and connected me with a contractor for a few small repairs and a cleaning crew to get it list-ready. She coordinated directly with my trust attorney to make sure all the documents were filed properly, navigated a difficult HOA on behalf of the buyer, and handled a buyer-requested repair so I didn't have to. The result spoke for itself: the house sold in 8 or 9 days after a single open house weekend, for more than our list price — exactly as Paula said it would. The buyer paid all cash, and we closed about 5 or 6 days ahead of our 30-day escrow. If a friend asked me whether to call Paula, I'd tell them to stop looking. She does what she says she'll do, she handles the hard stuff so you don't have to, and she treats your family's home like it matters. Paula Aragone and the team at Aragone & Associates are the real deal. I could not be happier with the decision to work with Paula!

Paula Aragone was absolutely incredible to work with. She helped me sell my stepmother’s house last summer under very challenging circumstances, and she made the entire process far easier than I ever expected. The home was in very rough condition and needed significant cleanup before it could be sold, and there was also a renter who wasn’t paying and didn’t want to leave. Paula handled everything with professionalism, confidence, and care. She guided me through every step, helped resolve the renter situation, and quickly found a qualified buyer. What impressed me most was her expertise and determination. Another realtor I spoke with insisted I wouldn’t be able to get anywhere near the price Paula believed the home could sell for. In the end, Paula was right and helped me get almost $100,000 more than I would have if I had gone with the other agent. Even more amazing, the entire process from start to finish took less than a month. She negotiated strongly on my behalf and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. I would absolutely recommend Paula Aragone to anyone. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and truly advocates for her clients. Even my best friend, who is a realtor in another state, was impressed with how well Paula handled everything.

Paula Aragone was recommended to us by a fellow colleague at the University of California Irvine (UCI) in 2020 when we were planning to move to OC from the Midwest. It was during the pandemic and, even though we had bought and sold several homes over the years, there was tremendous uncertainty and challenges of moving to a place we had never previously visited and during such a difficult time in our country. However, we were blessed to work with Paula who handled every single detail with such calm and in her professional and knowledgeable manner. Paula quickly got to know us and asked us what we were looking for. We put our full trust in Paula, and she never let us down. She went the extra mile for us since we were not in California at the time and found us a lovely condominium in Orange that we ended up buying without ever seeing it in-person. Although we loved our condominium and we lived there for almost two years, we did want to live closer to our work in Irvine. Once again, not only did she help us find another wonderful condominium at the Great Park Neighborhood, but she also helped us sell the condo in Orange fast and for substantially more than we had paid for. Finally, a few years later, we were able to relocate to a condo at University Hills, which is only a couple of blacks away from our work at UCI. Paula helped sell our condo at the Great Park, and as expected, sold our condo for top money. As you can tell, we have always put our trust in Paula and will always do so in the future. Paula is always on your side throughout the entire buying and selling process and she always goes above and beyond in working through all the challenges and stress associated with moving and selling. We are so grateful and fortunate to know that we can always rely on Paula for her kindness, thoughtfulness, expertise, and professionalism. Paula Aragone is, by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with in all our years of moving and selling our houses and condos across three states in the U.S. We give her our highest recommendation!

Paula and Donna were awesome to work with! My father had passed and my mother had dementia and was in assisted living. Paula and Donna helped us sell their home. The house was in a trust and family dynamics were not ideal but Paula and Donna were reassuring and professional, helping us to navigate the process and keeping us on track. To futher complicate things, my husband and I were on a much needed vacation when offers were made. Paula and Donna made it easy for me to take care of things with minimum effort while on vacation.

We just finished the purchase of our new home thanks to Paula at Aragone & Associates! Paula is the absolute best! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She always answered all of our questions, gave us great advice and made us feel at ease along the way. We would not have found our dream home if it wasn’t for her! She does what it takes to get the job done and we could not be more grateful for Paula!!!
