April was a dream - from the moment we first spoke, I knew that we had found a special realtor. April takes the time to understand what you are looking for, asking questions you hadn't considered and strikes a wonderful balance when communicating that ensures she is not bothering you with anything that she doesn't believe would be worthwhile. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to making sure we received the highest level of care and she was conscientious and honest throughout. I could not recommend April enough and should we move again, she will be the first person I call.

Buying a home for the first time is a nerve-wracking experience but we felt we were in great hands with April! She is thoroughly knowledgeable, communicative, and proactive. It was a pleasure working with her and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Pelham and around.

She’s the one! The best!

April was a Godsend to our family. She was the ONLY realtor we contacted to sell the house. Navigating a house sale and an out-of-state move is stressful enough, doing it remotely adds yet another layer of anxiety which April, quickly dissipated for us. Throughout the entire process she walked confidently, expertly, and professionally through all the nuances that a seller could experience, shouldering the "what ifs" and owning every aspect of her role as representative, facilitator, consultant, and, adviser. Her support and guidance never waivered as we came to and crossed the finish line, we felt completely satisfied, knowing the outcome was beyond our expectations. Like we told her many times, she is "the best" and we highly and wholeheartedly recommend her!

April was amazing from the very start. She handled all the details and consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Her presence, knowledge, diligence, and generosity of time and effort were more than we could ever ask for. Her work ethic, honesty, and reliability are admirable as the discreetness with which she handled herself on our behalf. This was particularly reassuring to us as clients dealing with multiple unexpected and stressful life events from a distance no less! We still marvel at her unwavering support and personalized touch. Our family have experienced multiple house sales and purchases thus far but never with the kind of support from an agent as April displayed. She is very gifted in creating a personalized yet very professional service that will benefit any buyer/seller who encounters her expertise. Thank you April for everything!
