April🤩 was wonderful to work with, she anticipated my needs. She helped me move through the process it smoothly as could be highly recommend her great personality, warm inviting and welcome those her stuff learned your home to sell it for the top dollar.

We are so glad we chose April for the purchase of our new home! She treated us like family throughout the whole process and we were able to get the perfect home at the price we wanted. April has been with our family through 2 purchases and a sale and, though we hope this one is forever, we would absolutely call her if we were ever in the market.

She was so patient and hardworking.

Facing the task of putting my house on the market & sorting through 25+ years of treasures, trinkets, & surplus family possessions, was daunting to say the least. Fortunately, I had been introduced to April Tischer a year earlier when she represented both my grandson & my daughter in locating condos in their respective price ranges. Because of the excellent service she provided, I knew she was the agent I would list my home with. This proved to be a wise decision as I soon discovered that she knew of resources to fit my situation that I had no idea even existed. With the help of Ideal Move, who specialize in helping seniors downsize, the sorting, packing & moving was handled efficiently. Our property was beautifully presented in video still photos online & to local agents. As a result of April’s expertise & hard work, out property sold the week it went on the market & closed in less than a month. I would give her 6 stars!!

April is one of those people that would do her best to find that special place for you and your family . It took awhile but she finally found my final home. If your looking for someone to help get your special place give April a call you won’t be sorry.

April is awesome! 10/10 would recommend her to be your realtor!

Buying my first home with April was a dream come true. She treated me like family and was able to help me narrow down my realistic needs/wants in my new home. As a first-time buyer that is also a single mom, I wasn't sure that this dream was within reach, but April was determined to help make it happen and she sure did!

April, please know how grateful I am for your excellent recommendations and organization in preparing my investment home for market; for listing it on MLS at just the right time, and for securing not one, but two contracts simultaneously! I was more than pleased that the successful offer on my condo was considerably above asking price. It was so helpful of you to purchase a sellers’ warranty which protected me from excessive post-inspection expenses of a thousand dollars or more. Having bought and sold several homes throughout the years, I was pleased and impressed with your hands-on approach. Your marketing materials were splendid. Your helpful and informative interactions with realtors, community managers, contractors, and would-be buyers was remarkable, and it seemed to me that you made a trustworthy business partner of each of them. Particularly, that includes me, the seller -- a seller who has known you for 40 years, beginning with your time as an A+ student and student assistant in my college classroom. Today, I heartedly recommend you as a realtor who leaves no stone unturned in meeting the needs of her clients.

April did an amazing job helping me prepare to get the condo ready for market, pricing it right, and marketing. We sold lightning quick and got a great price. Thank you April!
