If a house I liked came on the market and I couldn’t be there, April would go to the house and take video clips to show me the property. My husband and I were first time sellers and were quite stressed out by the process and clealy needed an expert who cared for thier clients. April Adams went above and beyond in the sale of our home. We were under a time constraints as we were moving out of state. She was on time, every time. She walked us through the process with ease and always explained things so we could understand all the legal pieces. She got awesome pictures and coached us on getting our place ready for shows. Our home sold within 24 hours of hitting the market, full price too. It was so relieving. Then as closing came and our move was underway she made sure we had help with getting our place cleaned and ready for the new owners. She even helped us get enough boxes to move! To top it off after we moved and the house closed I ordered something online had mistakenly shipped it to our old address April was happy to help me secure the package and make sure it was headed back to me.
