Annette Whitmer was terrific from the first time we met here on a visit to SC. When we sold our house in Pennsylvania and returned to SC to look at houses, she went with us and we bought the first house we went to visit. Every step of the way she was helpful. We closed on the house three weeks after we put down the deposit and we absolutely love our new home!
Annette did an amazing job. I have worked with a number of Realtors and Annette stands out as the very best! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Annette's expertise, integrity, experience and passion truly set her apart.
Annette was fantastic! She was very patient with us through the selection process of finding a home and had a great instinct for the type of home we were looking for. When we did decide on a house, Annette was with us every step of the way, making sure that none of the little details were missed. She’s the best!
Annette is an amazing agent. She made us comfortable through out the process and answered every question we had promptly, educating us whenever needed, putting us always at easy at every step. I highly recommend Annette as a real state agent.
We would like to thank Annette Whitmer for all of the work she did in getting our property to close for us. It was a very difficult negotiation, with ups and downs but she always maintained a positive and cheerful attitude. She really made us feel like family and like we could count on her for anything, from finding the right house and later selling our condo, she made the process easier and pleasurable.
She was terrific and we had peace of mind having her representing us! We were guided through the process in less than 30 days and we now own our dream home with no hassles or regrets.
If we ever again are in need for an agent in Charleston area or know of someone that is looking for a good agent, we would definitely suggest her!
Annette has worked with us for several years and has been tireless in her efforts. She always responded promptly to any requests for information or other assistance. Five star performance and she earned every cent of her commission.
