Terri is honest, reliable and very dedicated! You can call her with any questions. She will answer them honestly and if she doesn’t have the answer, she’ll get back to you immediately. I never felt that she was out of touch or reach always there to help. I would recommend her and Holahan Lawrence working with them has been a pleasure.
Toni was the instructor for my 6-day in-person agent training program, and it was the best training experience I've had across my real estate and technology career! She came incredibly prepared, with thorough training materials and a great lineup of guest speakers. She's an engaging instructor who kept the sessions enjoyable and useful with real-world application. What stood out most is that she truly wants to see agents succeed. She offered her wisdom and support throughout the training and has continued to do so well after it ended.
Toni did a great job with the training. She explained everything clearly and made learning how to navigate the office system and understand the real estate process much easier. I really appreciated how patient, approachable, and knowledgeable she was throughout the class. I left feeling more confident and prepared moving forward. Overall, it was a very informative and positive training experience.
I have been working with Toni and Terri (The Twin Team) for over 30 years on real estate transactions. I have just completed my 4th real estate deal with them selling my primary residence in Westchester. The transaction went smooth as can be and as always its been a pleasure working with them. The home was staged perfectly for the initial showings, and after seeing the photos, I almost changed my mind on selling. I highly recommend them if you need a top-notch realtor. You will not regret your decision.

Toni came highly recommended by multiple friends that worked with her & her Twin Terri. Their reputation proceeded them. Our experience has been beyond amazing. They both worked tirelessly with us always full of optimism, encouraging, professional, and hopeful even at times where we felt defeat at the markets aggressive demands. After a year of looking we purchased our dream home . We continued to work with twins to get our former property on the market for sell and once again their perseverance and extensive knowledge of the market trends has led us into contact with a pending closing in just months. The are an awesome duo Toni is amazing and has become a part of our family . We would recommend going with Toni for your real estate needs without reservation, guaranteed satisfaction wonderful experience. We loved working with Toni & Terri I don't think we would have gotten the same results without their knowledge & guidance .❤️ "

They helped us sell our family home in White Plains. This was no easy task since the building was in serious disrepair. Toni marketed the house and we were able to sell the house in "as is" condition for a good price. While the condition of the house was a bit embarrassing at times they never made us feel badly about it and kept our hopes up while handling the sale in a professional manner. We are very grateful. Thank you very much.
