Anne was consistently available to me via phone, email or texting within a reasonable timeframe when I had questions or concerns. Anne agreed to requests for open houses at the time and dates requested. She was concerned about getting the correct pricing and offered insight on the market trends. Closing was achieved in 3 1/2 months. Anne’s extensive experience was an asset to working through closing details and challenges. She was flexible with following through with my wishes.

Two thumbs up for this lady..

Anne did a great job! Our house sold in one day at full price. She brought the buyers on the first day and wrote the offer the next day. Closing was very smooth. Pre signed a few days before so we could be free to start organizing at our new house. Great agent great company.

From start to finish Ann was a wonderful agent to work with! I told her that I was looking for second home that I wanted to use solely as my art studio from my Etsy business. She found us a place that matched our needs perfectly! She also worked very quickly to help us snag the deal, as there were several other offers coming in quickly. I am convinced that if we would not have had Ann working for us, that we would have lost the deal. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Very comfortable to work with

Great Communication
