Ammie was patient, attentive and easy to communicate with from afar during the 9 months we worked with her. She was quick to find out information if we needed it and helped Sarah narrow down options several times when her parents couldn't be there to look at properties (due to living in Georgia). I especially appreciate her help when things really got rolling, she talked my parents through the steps and gave them helpful tips. She even drove them to the bank on closing day! So I'd say she went above and beyond and we are so thankful. Most of all, we got the house we wanted at the price we could afford and thank Ammie for her part in that!
