This is the third time I've worked with Ann. She is direct, efficient, reliable, extremely experienced and knowledgeable about the business and her market area. She doesn't overcommunicate but promptly responds any time you have a question or concern. She will make a deal happen quickly and her houses sell quickly and well. I would never use a different realtor in the KC area unless she wasn't available. In that case I'd try to hire her son.
