I was one of those people that believed that realtors add little value. I spent a good amount of time doing my own research and attending open houses. Then, I met Anjali. Anjali was at a open house of the home I was interested. The process was so smooth that sometimes it seems unreal. The day after I met her and decided to work with her, she submitted our offer which was below asking. We got to the house with no counters (thanks to her relationship and negotiating skills). Anjali went above and beyond in what followed next. The house had some code issues that needed to be dealt with, Anjali called and made trips to the city planning department. She was always available to answer questions. She provided recommendations on gardners, handymen and more. What's more she is a genuine and pleasant person to work with who never makes you feel pressured or rushed. I consider myself quite demanding and never once did I have anything negative to say.
