This letter is regarding one of your Realtors, Anita Palmer.  We just wanted to write to you to let you know what a wonderful, professional and sweet person she is.  On October 31, 2001, we closed our house here in Flower Mound, TX.  This was only ten days after we had made an offer on the house and only three weekends of exhaustive searching for so many homes in so many parts of Dallas.  Anita took such good care of us throughout the process of seeking a home while we were still in Oklahoma and went out of her way so many times to accommodate us.  She really put us first even to the point of sacrificing time with her family to be sure to be there for us.  She continued to be there for us during the transitions of inspection and closing and afterwards.  Anita made certain that we were not being taken advantage of during some questionable situations with the previous owner.  She also kept in touch with us after we closed and even gave up her day to come and helped clean up some of the filth left behind when we moved in. We have purchased homes in the past and have never been treated like a friend, one who had value.  We consider Anita to be our friend and will certainly use her again if we are ever able to do so, and we would certainly recommend her to anyone.  I hope you feel that Anita is an asset to your office as we consider her an asset as a friend.

Anita Palmer worked with us every step of the way. She advised what repairs needed to be made to make the most profit from the home.  She was instrumental in making appropriate counter offers in an expedient manner.  She also explained what offers were valid and how to counter.  She is an excellent negotiator.  Our house was sold the day it was put on the market.  While repairs were being made Anita came out three to four days a week.  We were dedicated to selling the home at the best price we could, and Anita helped us do that.  I will always recommend Anita to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.
