I can not say enough good things about the kovalak team. Kayla and Angie were more than we ever could have hoped for in realtors. I interviewed 7 realtors in my search, and when I met angie and kayla I knew they were the right ones immediately. They took so much time with us explaining every step of the process and we're so patient and kind. They staged our home beautifully... almost making us want to stay. They gave amazing advice and helped guide us through everything. They were at the house when we couldn't be, and helped with any issues that came up. After living in my home for over 25 years it was time to downsize. Angie guided me through the emotional aspect of letting go of the home that contained so many memories and into a new place that was right for me. Angie and her team are phenomenal! There is nothing she can’t do! She walked me completely through the selling process as I have never been through it and was there with me every step of the way to answer any questions I had! Her daughter, Kayla, also amazing! They did not hesitate to help in any way they could and were 100% supportive the entire process and still to this day being there to walk me through the buying process!
