At the very beginning, Angeline did her homework and found that my home was worth a lot more than I thought it was worth. She was right and it’s sold for what she said it would sell for to me That’s somebody who really knows the business. Her being right made me a lot more money and allowed me to purchase a better house through another agent with Verani Realty. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Angie worked diligently to help us find the perfect home. She has helped me out twice both buying and selling but also helped my mother as well when she sold her house and then sold a condo. Just over a year ago she sold our house for us and found another. This time everything happened so fast my head was spinning. The first day we went out looking at properties with Angeline, we found one that we loved. We put in an offer that we were comfortable with and offer was accepted, Contingent to the sale of our home. Less than a week later Angeline put our house up for sale. The first day on the market at open house we received two offers above asking price. I have bought and sold a number of houses over the years and I can’t think of one that went as fast and smoothly as this one did. I don’t know of any other realtor that has the expertise and drive that Angeline has. The woman must never stop, she’s available day or night for any questions or concerns.
