Angelina Pilz has been VERY helpful & understanding with ALL the problems we have encountered selling a Community lot. I want to personally thank her, since we never were face to Face because of the Pandemic. Certainly a year to remember. If I should purchase a Condo, Townhouse in hopefully Milford proper, I will most certainly use this Lady & Realtor to do so.

My wife and I have recently had the good fortune to be able to work with Angeline recently.
We looked at 3 or 4 different properties and when we found one that for most of what we were looking for Ms. Pilz was able to help us close in very short order.
We would recommend Angelina to any 1st time or seasoned buyers or sellers

From start to finish, Angelina was fantastic and went above and beyond in helping us sell our home! I would highly recommend her! We had an all around great experience!
Angelina was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. She worked hard for us every step of the way and fought for what we wanted. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Thank you.
Angelina Pilz was extremely knowledgeable and tenacious in helping us to find just-the-right house for us. Even more than her expert skill and professionalism, we felt as if we had a friend looking out for us. We would, and already have, recommended her to others in need of a real estate agent.
Our experience with Angelina and Chant Realtors was perfect. Angelina Pilz and Davis Chant helped us through a difficult purchase of our dream home. Angelina always kept us up to date on listings in our target area.
Angie was able to sell my house within three weeks. This is in an area where my neighbor had his on the market for about a year. With a performance like that I need to say no more. Thanks Angie..
Angelina helped us turn a difficult situation for us into a pleasant experience. She was always available, diligent, thorough and followed up on all requests. Thank you for all your efforts.
