Moving from out of town was a completely daunting task but Andy & Allison took all the stress out of the process for us. Finding our home was quick, but getting from contract to closing on a tight timeframe and dealing with new construction/builders timing was a tall task. Allison & Andy fought all of our battles and made sure our house was ready by closing. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Andy and Allison were outstanding during our entire house buying process. As military movers on a tight timeline, they were great in preparing us for our visit to the area to look for a house and very helpful in ensuring all of the appointments and to-dos that we couldn't be present for were covered. Their open feedback throughout the process helped us find the right house and know which questions to ask as we have not lived in this part of the country before. In addition to being a friendly couple, Andy and Allison are great realtors who helped us find a great home for our stay in Georgia.

Andy was our agent when we purchased our property in 2020, so it was an easy decision to choose him as our agent to help him sell the same property. The transaction took place when we were $1000 miles away and he was our helpful guide throughout the process. Andy and Allison were wonderful to work with in all aspects of the sale. Since I was an out of state seller they made several trips to the house to check on repairs, and were always quick to return texts and phone calls. Highly recommended.
I thought the initial asking price they recommended was a little low, but they’re the experts so we went with it. We did get an offer for $15,000 over asking on the first day, so they’re price point did attract the right buyers and worked extremely well.
