Andrew consistently went above and beyond to help us feel taken care of throughout this process. We are moving to Grand Rapids from out of state and so we knew that touring places would be difficult before putting down some offers. Andrew took very detailed videos touring multiple places and added his insight so we felt confident proceeding with offers and inspections. He communicated well and was adept at providing advice for a first- time home buyer while also respecting our thoughts/preferences.
