Andrene is a QUEEN!! This was my first time selling a house. Throughout this process I realized the amount of skill, knowledge and understanding that is necessary to be successful as a realtor. I think alot of people call themselves real estate professionals- but even working with buyers during this process- I realized that Andrene was head and shoulders above all of the realtor’s we came in contact with.
From the day I invited 3 realtors over to assess our house including Andrene- Andrene was the perfect balance of being uber prepared with suggested pricing and market analysis, and being easygoing and lovely. She was our first meeting and it was clear that from that first meeting that we would be selecting her to help us along in this process.
Andrene was also so skilled at speaking with both me and my husband together and separately who process information differently and had different focuses and pain points. She was such a pro managing the both of us and our respective needs. She was also ALWAYS AVAILABLE!! She always returned calls promptly and also didn’t rely on text- she was so good at picking up the phone, checking in, and getting things done. She was night and day to other realtors with her follow up game!
Andrene’s team of experts that helped us get our house ready for sale were professional, affordable and kind.
Andrene also made us feel comfortable that our house would be well cared for while it was being shown. She attended most of the showings.
During the offers and negations process- Andrene’s skill really shined. She previewed all of the documents and prior to speaking and reviewing them with us, she had counted game plans already prepared, and evaluated everything prior to us doing so so that she could advise us on what was important and worth time? Money and attention, and what was irrelevant and unnecessary. I always felt like she was in our corner and treating our negotiations like her own.
The lawyer she selected for closing was a dream. Andrene and her team made a difficult decision to downsize as empty nesters as easy and lucrative as possible. We felt so taken care of.
In addition to selling our home, she has been as invested in finding us a rental she is not really making money on. From negotiating with property managers and owners to scouting the internet for options- our sale was not a one way door to Amdrene. The sale is a complete circle.
I cannot recommend Andrene enough to anyone who wants a caring and astute real estate professional who is head and shoulders above the competition.
