1) te escucha y entiende que es lo que buscas o necesitas. Solo nos tomo un dia encontrar la casa que compramos. Solo vimos 3 casas y nos quedamos con la segunda. Y no fue por suerte. Las tres casas que ella busco para nosotros eran un perfecto match para lo que queriamos. Asi de simple.
2) pelea por vos. La casa que nos gusto estaba $15000 por arriba de nuestras posibilidades. Ella oferto (en este mercado increiblemente complicado para los compradores) y gano.
3) aguanta todos tus nervios, te acompana, te contesta todos tus textos, emails, llamados. Controla todos tus papeles, esta en contacto con tus lenders....increible.
