She is the best realtor I know. I always recommend her to my friends. They also love her. I would give her a 100 out of 10.

Best Real Estate agent in the world.

I choose Andrea to handle the sale of my parents home. This was a different transaction as they are both in nursing homes and there were many twists and turns legally. Andrea made the process simple and easy to understand for me, and I appreciate her patience and expertise. She was thorough and on top of every little detail. I never worried with Andrea at the wheel of the sale. Her insight was extremely valuable to me and I don't think I could have done this without her. Andrea provided me with resources and support for a smooth and pleasant property sale. I would never choose anyone else. Thank you Andrea Richard!!!

She is a treasure.

Andrea is the best! I would personally recommend her to anyone. She always works for you to ensure you get the best deal out there.

Andrea went above and beyond her duties. My husband is terminally ill and Andrea was more then helpful and she always on the job. She was always patient w me returning her calls she is the best. Always kind and concerned.

What can I say....Andrea is a rock star!

We really felt that Andrea was completely trustworthy and she was working for us to get us the right home at the right price. She saved us a bunch of money, she was so kind- she became a friend!

Andrea does an excellent job in every aspect of a purchase or sale. Her careful attention to details, negotiating skills, prompt responses to every detail and personable, but professional approach are commendable. She is truly an asset to your real estate agency. Thank you. Our best, Alan and Karen Lesmerises for AKB Construction, LLC.
