Andrea did an outstanding job listing and selling our property. There is no doubt that her experience, knowledge, and expertise played a major role in making the entire process smooth and successful. From start to finish, she was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed every step of the way and always making herself available to answer questions. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to put in the necessary time and effort helped us not only sell our property quickly but also close above our asking price. We highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and results driven real estate professional.

Andrea was great to work with. Always there for us even if it was a last minute call to see a home. Again loved working with Andrea

I was so happy with the help I received I can't thank you enough.

Andrea is the absolute best! I was dealing with an eviction and property damages and contractors and court and headaches. The only thing that went smooth with that house in the last 6 months was when Andrea helped with the sale. She recognized my comfort level, my threshold. She even felt I was maybe even undercutting the value of my property and could possibly get more. She ultimately left whatever decision to me but gave her insight. I was worried about listing on the market in its current condition but pulled Deena in to show me a similar house and that gave me the confidence to do so. She referred me to the College Hunks and they took the garbage out of the house for $7k less than anyone I could find. It ended up selling for more at least $30k more than I was initially expecting. My whole experience with that house since Oct was rough but Andrea brought in a great ending to that chapter.

Andrea is a tireless professional who studies the local market and listens carefully to her customers. She guided us through selling our first home, lending keen insight that helped us get the most out of our investment. Her precise knowledge and the time she spent researching our neighborhood helped us get more than could have imagined when we sold our home. Next, Andrea helped us find our dream home. She took time to understand our needs, worked around our busy schedules, and searched for options that fit our wish list and our budget. When we found the right fit, she walked us through the process of placing the bid, securing the loan, and closing on our new house. Her knowledge, communication, and patience took all of the stress out of the process. My wife and I would recommend Andrea without hesitation or reservation. She is kind, friendly, hard-working, and an expert in her field. She was an asset through both the selling and the buying experience. If we ever have real estate needs in the future, she will be our first call.

I would HIGLY recommend Andrea to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the process. But more than that, she's patient, kind, reliable, and really cares about her clients. I had a 2-year search before I found my new home, and she was wonderful every step of the way, especially when I got discouraged during the process since it's a tough market. I can't be more thrilled with my new home and have her to thank!! You are a gem, Andrea!
