This review is long overdue but over the summer I had the privilege of having Andrea Molzhon as our realtor. It was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had! Backstory - Andrea & I have been friends for awhile, I babysat all her kiddos, she was a bridesmaid in my wedding, & naturally when my husband & I were ready to buy a home my 1st thought was to go through her. What I didn’t expect was to put an offer on 1 house (the first house we looked at) & close on that house a month later! My husband & I were so new to the whole housing market but Andrea put up with all of our questions (which was A LOT) & we had late night convos, weekend calls, the whole nine yards. Buying a house, especially your first home, is so nerve racking but Andrea made it flow so smoothly! Cannot thank her enough for the part she had in helping us buy our first home! If you want a seamless process within the housing market (especially in Missoula) — go with Andrea! You won’t be disappointed!!

Andrea was a complete lifesaver during our home-buying process. She did an incredible job finding us potential homes within our budget that checked the boxes for what we were looking for and worked with us promptly to get us tours/walkthroughs of the homes we were interested in. She was always able to answer our questions about the properties we viewed and if she didn't know the answer right away she had no problem calling/texting the listing agents for us to get answers. I could not imagine braving the home-buying process without Andrea on our team; she had our backs every step of the way and I will forever be grateful.
